York Regional Police say the costs have been associated to unsafe car modifications, including incorrect tires, mufflers, the absence of catalytic converters — an environmental hazard, large window tinting, improper lights, and autos without having horns or brakes.
York cops with the Road Safety Bureau closed in on the fairgrounds meet at 10801 McCowan Rd. on April 23.
