Would you like to try tandem cycling and help someone enjoy the ride?

Banbridge CC’s chosen charity of the year for 2025, Lisburn Outlook, supports visually impaired cyclists, and we’re looking for a few friendly volunteers to join them and help them out.

Tandem rides take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, pairing sighted cyclists with visually impaired riders – it’s social, fun, and makes a real difference.

We are planning a relaxed tandem spin “come and try†so you can get on it, see what it is like, and decide if you would like to help — even once or twice a month is amazing. The more volunteers there are, the easier it is for everyone.
