It has become increasingly difficult to acknowledge the existence of Palestinian governance as it becomes more and more known that a plethora of their citizens wish to inflict terrorism on Israel.

It is one thing to be fighting against military targets and police forces, but killing, raping and kidnapping innocent civilians from their cars, homes, market places, and other places like music festivals is not legitimate under any law.

In addition, it is not even legitimate that a religion is supporting this terrorism from the minartes of many mosques. This is very holy.

However, it wouldn’t be so bad either, if it weren’t for the reactions of pro-Palestinians around the world.

First of all, in the Gaza Strip, we had cases of Palestinians picking up dead bodies of Israelis around their city.

Second, we had key political leaders of Hamas showing videos of themselves advocating this terrorism and then praying afterwards, suggesting that this is the Islamic thing to do.

Third, we have had Palestinians abroad take place in city squares to celebrate these massacres including in Berlin, London, Barcelona, ​​New York City, and many more.

However, on the other hand, Israel continues to live on land that, according to international law, belongs to Palestine. They continue to break the contiguous territory of the people of Palestine and create a sense of despair in the Palestinian people and because the UAE and other nations in favor of Israel have not yet stopped Israel, the Palestinian people are turning to those who will: terrorists.

And, in response, Israel will strike with all its might.

So, in order to keep the peace, here are the best suggestions:

1. The United States takes over the occupation of Palestine by removing Israeli settlements, but Palestine will not be able to be a proper self-governing country for more than 30 years/2055. In other words, Palestine becomes a UN trust territory under the United States. This would give Israel more reason to leave their settlements knowing that the US was controlling Palestine to stop terrorism. Palestine will have its chance to finally have land for Palestinians only, get rid of Israeli settlements, and their income levels will surely rise. This needs to be approved by all parties in the region, and may require cooperation from Iran, but especially from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, and others such as Jordan. If the US does a good job, it will help the US in the region as well, a missed opportunity that the US suffered from 2000-2021.

2. The UAE takes over Jordan’s role as an occupying force and Palestine becomes a UN trust territory of the UAE, with Israeli settlements removed! The UAE specializes in providing good environments for Christian worship, Jewish worship, and is very good at radicalizing Islamic worship. The UAE is a leading fighter against Islamic terrorism and is Arab and Muslim, the majority of the people of Palestine. The main issue with the UAE is that they sometimes lack upward mobility in their economy for non-Europeans, East Asians, Emiratis, or North Americans.

3. Another Christian country should take over Palestine as a UN trust territory that is strong and big enough to fight terrorism, but trusted enough to create lasting peace and increasing income that can give Israel enough assurance to get rid of their settlements. I’m thinking potentially of Portugal, Italy, Spain, France, or the UK and Ireland. The reasons for this are simple.

Portugal are liked in the Muslim world and Ronaldo who is the face of Portugal is a renowned pro-Palestine figure. Portugal is very open to its Jewish population after their recent laws to re-incorporate their Sephardic Jewish population, so they have good relations with Israel as well. The only issue is that Portugal may not be strong enough on its own to fight terrorism or economically well enough to create positive economic change. However, they are good in the tourism sector and this would be good for Palestine.

Italy is conservative enough to be trusted to fight terrorism and not rely on political correctness the academy will do it. Italy would not be Palestine’s first choice, but Italy cares so much about Christianity first, that it will play well with those of Arab Christians, and their brand of Europe plays well in Arab culture. Italy is big enough to do that, but corrupt enough to create other problems in Palestine. There is a beautiful relationship between Italians and Palestinians many do not know that it exists.

Spain under a conservative government would be trusted by Israel, but under a socialist/social democratic government it probably won’t be. Ireland has similar issues, but Spain is bigger so Spain would be a better choice. Spain has done a good job infiltrating their own terror groups and has enough alliances to help them run Palestine successfully. If it is a conservative Spanish culture introduced, Arab Christians and Muslims respect Spanish rule.

France would be a very good choice because it is strong, it is not afraid to ruffle feathers, and it is trusted by Israel to stop the Palestinian terror. The only problem with France is its lack of respect for religion could be a threat to its governance if they import their version of the separation of Church and State into Jerusalem and other mixed holy sites. Finally, France may not have the sensibilities to regulate this area.

The last suggestion would be a combined British and Irish force to govern Palestine. Ireland is best friends with Palestine and the UK is best friends with Israel. Together, the two countries can use their expertise to help raise Palestine’s living standards and help fight terrorism. This also helps both countries with their own relations, and given the complexities of Northern Ireland, both are equipped with the sensibilities to govern Palestine and reduce Israeli settlement encroachment. It is more common for one country to take over in a UN trust territory, but multiple can also do so.

The reasons why Palestine agrees to this is because if the Palestinians really want a peaceful land and better living standards, this is their only way. They must show Israel and the international community that they can exist successfully without being a threat to world security.

As many know, the Palestinian struggle is both Muslim Arab and Christian Arab and therefore either religion can help lead Palestine to better pastures. The only problem for Muslim nations is that many are not proven to be against terrorism, either by the people who live there or by the government. Only the UAE is known to have both people and government in the fight against terrorism, as well as smaller Muslim states like Kosovo and Albania. Kosovo or Albania would be great options in running Palestine for their equal treatment of Muslims and Christians, but both are smaller and need to focus on their own borders right now.

These are the three solutions that can help to save the Palestinians from the Israeli attacks.

But, if Palestine does not agree to give their sovereignty temporarily to another power, they will continue to give up sovereignty to Israel.

*Notes: Israel does not kill civilians indiscriminately and will issue warnings when planning military operations that may cause civilian harm.
