Italian football is at the center of a huge scandal that goes far beyond sports. The investigation revealed the behind-the-scenes activities of a luxury social network used by famous Serie A players. Scandal in Serie A. The investigation covers dozens of players

Investigators are analyzing evidence and links to the sport

During the investigation, the following items were secured: telephone records that indicate frequent contacts with people involved in professional sports. The case files also include threads about people outside football, including representatives of other disciplines and the business world.

Particularly disturbing were fragments of testimonies that suggest close relationships between meeting participants and people working for the agency. Investigators are examining all aspects of the case, trying to determine the scale of the operation and the responsibility of individual people.

The topic of stimulants further complicates the situation

The case also has a second, equally disturbing dimension. Investigative materials contained information about the widespread use of nitrous oxide, known as the so-called “laughing gas”. The substance, although not classified as doping, can affect the body and was reportedly ordered during the meetings.

Intercepted messages show that party participants regularly asked for this substance. This further complicates the situation because, although it does not formally violate anti-doping regulations, it raises questions about the athletes’ lifestyle and professionalism.

The investigation continues and the names remain a mystery

At this stage of the proceedings, the main organizers were placed under house arrest. At the same time, the identity of the players who were supposed to take part in the whole procedure has not yet been revealed. Investigators continue to work and more information may emerge in the coming weeks.
