Banbridge CC were well represented in the opening round of the Ulster Cyclo-X League at Orangefield playing fields in Belfast. The under 10 girls were in action for BCC and Zara Aiken gave the yellow jersey a successful start with a fabulous 3.^rd place Hot on Zara’s heels was Ava Parks at 5^th a place that was hosting the competitive debut of Hafis-CX[melid-debuttkompetittivtag[hafis-CX

Eve Harrison was also dipping her toes into the unknown by stepping up to the under 14 category. Despite it being Eve’s first attempt at U14 she achieved a remarkable 2.^n.d post, they clearly enjoy the challenge.

Also in action was Richard Nicholl who was participating in the MTB support race. Mollie Jackson was competing in the combined eth Women’s CX race and finished just outside the top 10 in 12th place.^th general location and 4^th of the M40 class.

Traveling to Glanasmole in the Dublin Mountains on Sunday, Adam Matthews was competing for the National Hill Climb Champs in the combined Senior men’s race. Adam put in another good performance, finishing 6th^th general location and 2^n.d junior in the day.
