Who is Robert Karaś?
Robert Karaś is a Polish triathlete and world record holder – born on November 30, 1988 in Elbląg, he is 37 years old. He is 177 cm tall and weighs approximately 70-71 kg. Before his sports career, he worked as a firefighter. He holds world records for double and triple Ironman distances – while winning them, he also broke previous records. He lives mainly from sponsorship contracts, because the prizes in triathlon – as he himself admits – are modest even for world champions. His partner is actress Agnieszka Włodarczyk.
He joined FAME MMA in 2022 and in his debut at FAME 17, he defeated rapper Filipek by judges’ decision. At FAME 19, he lost to Kuba Nowaczkiewicz by unanimous decision. After a long break, he appeared at Prime MMA 12 in May 2025, where he won a three-way fight with Himi and Mister Mati. At FAME 30 in March 2026, he defeated Kasper “Klepsydra” Gutkowski – and it was this victory that opened the door to the quarterfinals of the tournament at FAME 31. His professional record is 1-1 in K-1 with small gloves and 1-0 in the non-standard formula.
