The Polish U-15 national team has a new coach. On Wednesday, it was officially announced that Piotr Klepczarek will be responsible for the management of the youth team. He is a coach who has experience both working in youth football and managing clubs at various levels of the competition. He faces a task that requires not only results, but also to give the team a direction that allows a better development of the young players.
The change in this position had been expected for several days. Last week, the Polish Football Association announced the end of cooperation with Dariusz Gęsior, who was previously responsible for the U-15 team. The federation did not present the background to this decision in more detail, but media comments suggested that it was not directly about the results achieved, but rather about the way the team operated, including playing style and communication issues.
Piotr Klepczarek is the new coach of the Polish U-15 national team
Wednesday’s announcement removed all doubt and confirmed who would take over the youth team. The choice fell on Piotr Klepczarek, a coach who knows well the realities of Polish football and has experience both on the field and on the bench.
This name is not anonymous to the fans who follow the home games. During his football career, Klepczarek played for, among others, Stomil Olsztyn, Polonia Warszawa, Znicz Pruszków, ŁKS Łódź and Dolcan Ząbki. At the Ekstraklasa level, he played 25 matches, and at the elite level he made as many as 246 appearances. Such achievements give him a solid practical background, which can be valuable in working with young players.
Experience of coaching and working with youth
After ending his career as a player, Klepczarek gradually built his position as a coach. One of the most important stages was the work on the staff of the Polish national team of U-20 during the World Cup 2019. This experience could give him a closer contact with the football of the national team and the specific nature of the tournament work with young players.
Later, he developed as the first trainer and employee of training structures in several centers. He managed Stomil Olsztyn and Unia Janikowo, and also worked at the Rakowa Częstochowa academy. This combination of working in senior clubs and in an environment focused on youth development may be one of the reasons why he was chosen.
The last stages of his career before he took over the U-15 team
Recently, the road of the coach Klepczarek led through Świt Szczecin and Warta Poznań. In particular, his visit to the team from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship can be evaluated positively, because the team under his leadership recorded an average of 2.05 points per match. This result shows that he was able to effectively influence the team and extract a specific quality from it.
The next stage, related to Warta Poznań, turned out to be much more difficult. There, the average dropped to 1.06 points per game in 18 games, and the team competed in the first league. This balance was not particularly impressive, but in the case of the trainers it is often the various experiences, including the less successful ones, that build a more complete workshop.
A new opening in the Polish youth national team
For Klepczarek, taking over the Polish U-15 national team means entering a project in which something more than the actual result counts. In this stage of training, the main factors are the development, the proper preparation of the players for further levels of the national team and the creation of a style of play that supports their football maturation.
Therefore, this nomination can be perceived as an attempt at a new beginning. PZPN decided to change and hired a coach who knows the realities of working with young players, but also has experience in senior football. Now everything depends on whether he will be able to translate this baggage of experience into daily work with one of the most important stages of the representative pyramid.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
